Pinnacle Precision’s experience, expertise, and legacy are its main strengths. However, its branding, marketing, digital presence, and social media presence — well, to be kind — needed a lot of help. 

To help Pinnacle stand out, we looked for opportunities by researching the industry and the company’s history, interviewing legacy Pinnacle employees and the new management team, and examining their customers’ requirements. 

Learnings from our strategic deep dive informed the rest of our work.

Branding

During conversations with Pinnacle’s team, we heard their desire to be known for precision and growth. So, we carried that spirit while experimenting with various logos, wordmarks, and color palettes. When we presented our initial concepts, the winner was clear almost immediately.

Interviews with a dozen of Pinnacle’s core team members drove a new tone and voice, which extended into messaging platforms used for the digital, advertising, and social media work that we’d do in short order. 

We also worked with Pinnacle’s senior management team to develop mission, vision, and values statements that continue to drive the company’s culture.

Digital

The digital strategic work set up the UX, design, and content executions for the company’s new website. Design concepts married with the company’s brand look and feel. We leveraged our understanding of the industry to create engaging and informative content that highlights the company’s history, expertise, and capabilities. At the same time, we optimized the content and visual assets to get a head start on our SEO assignment.

Digital Marketing

We identified an opening in Pinnacle’s market for digital marketing, including SEO and PPC. In addition to sensibly adding keywords and optimizing on-page content for speed, we launched a program of off-page work that raised Pinnacle’s profile across search engines. The PPC program targeted relevant and cost-effective keywords with advertising creative that matched the brand’s look and voice.

Social Media

Knowing that we were aiming to connect with a B2B audience, we relaunched the company’s LinkedIn page using new branding and photography assets. From there, we developed a social media calendar and began creating posts that carried the company’s branding into social media. Our intent is to inform engineers and project managers of Pinnacle’s capabilities, experience, and expertise.

Our team continues to support Pinnacle Precision management for ongoing calls for marketing strategy and support, external communications efforts, website maintenance and more.
